Newbuilding projects 2020

In May 2020 we finished ahead of schedule project for newbuilding assigned by the Bulgarian Navy. The project was for the production of а target for rocket artillery fire. We started it in the beginning of January and finished it in four months despite the global pandemic imposed by COVID-19. The target was built to ensure the training of the personnel of the Naval Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria in trainings with rocket and artillery fire. For this purpose it was equipped with 14 masts with radar reflectors. They provide visibility through radio-location stations used to direct artillery and missile fire. The target is also equipped with navigation and anchor lights in order to safely tow and anchor in the exercise area. The construction of the target is a catamaran type with separate impenetrable sections, which ensure its unsinkability even in direct shooting. The experimental shooting on June 11, 2020 (at the end of the video) was performed with one of the Bulgarian Navy's coastal anti-ship complexes "RUBEJ". Its radio-location stations, complex for ground inspection and preparation of missiles, as well as other elements of the complex were repaired also in TEREM in the second half of 2019.
