TEREM-SHIPYARD Flotski Arsenal – Varna, founded in 1897, is the pioneer in shiprepair industry of Bulgaria.
It is situated on the shore of Varna lake at distance of 20 km from Varna - the largest city on the Black Sea coast. The location of the Shipyard - 30 km from Varna Airport, 20 km from Central Railway Station Varna, 7km from the Ferry allows seamless communication by air, land and sea.
The Shipyard has the status of port with special purpose. It covers an area of 617 000 m2 and has total length of the coastline 1300 m.

Facilities
The traffic capacity of the yard is ensured by two floating docks, four quays, four floating quays with whole length of 1300 м, three rail slipways served by floating dock 2. - Floating Docks and Rail Slipways; - Quays and Cranes; - Workshops.
